"Richard III Corrected" is a redacted version of Shakespeare's infamous play about the life and reign of King Richard III.

Following the discovery of the king's remains in 2013 which led to a clarification of some of the myths associated with him and in an attempt to further dispel the misinformation that still surrounds him, this book displays/utilises the original text but with slanderous or unsubstantiated passages removed.

The flow of the work is unimpeded so the reader is not obstructed in following the plot or appreciating the story itself.

The intention is thus not to 'destroy' Shakespeare but rather to remedy the bias prevalent within and make his plays more accurate to the impression we now have of the infamous medieval monarch.

The book can also be used by people who are simply keen to sample and explore the play.

First published in the 1590s, Richard III is possibly most famous for being Shakespeare's portrayal of the last Plantagenet king of England as being a deformed hunchback tyrant.

This edition of the book consequently tells a more historically accurate tale.

It tells the tale of the final years of King Edward IV and the subsequent succession and reign of King Richard III.
