Foreign Languages in Primary and Pre-School Education : Contexts and Outcomes

A review which arose from a European Commision invitation to form a group that would consider what published research has to say to educational decision-makers about the teaching and learning of foreign languages in primary schools and in pre-school education within the European Union.
