Dr Ashwin Kumar (BA, MA (Distinction), PhD) is an academic researcher whose research interests and areas of expertise include: Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), ageing and social gerontology, sociology, social anthropology, sociology of care, public health, health promotion, Indigenous health, migrant and refugee health, disability and chronic illness.
