Wee Beasties

First in a new series of books from The Knight Bros., WEE BEASTIES is a humorous and colorful children's book written and illustrated by Dr. David Knight that uses rhyming verse and illustrations to teach kids proper handwashing techniques that help stop the spread of germs. Scientists and medical professionals all agree that washing hands often and thoroughly is key to preventing infections from bacteria and viruses like the coronavirus (Covid-19). The accompanying song by Bradford Knight, also called "Wee Beasties," supports the lesson with a memorable melody and a 20-second chorus which is the amount of time needed to properly wash hands with soap and water. Kids will be engaged by the funny words and will want to read aloud and sing along, making the book and song excellent tools for parents and teachers to help instill important daily activity skills in young children.
