Coasters : An Illustrated Poetry Anthology

Edited by Elaine Ruth White, this illustrated anthology of poetry was created in collaboration with the Poetry Societys Brighton Stanza.

Illustrators and poets were paired up to enable each image / text presentation to evolve organically.

Common purpose is the key to successful collaboration.

This ethos lay at the root of the vision behind this anthology.

No themes were set and no brief given to the poets or illustrators.

There was a shared faith in the creative process and a belief that key themes would emerge from working together.

Tastefully designed, this anthology is richly illustrated in black-and-white using a variety of media by thirteen authorial illustrators and contains 43 poems.
