How can she begin to raise mentally, emotionally, and physically healthy children when her own life is in pieces?At the tender age of 22, Buruuj became a first-time parent and due to less than savory choices became a mother of two at 25.

Although she loathes the thought of being held captive to a workplace and surrounded by scandalmongers, she knows she must sacrifice her own freedom to provide stability for her children.

She must ultimately decide which part of her is going to prevail, her unsound mind or her voice of reason?Being a parent is not easy and being a single parent is even harder, so life as a single parent battling mental illness is certainly no cakewalk.

Oftentimes, people are ridiculed for decisions they make as parents, but if there is any lesson to be learned, it is that there is no quick "one fits all" recipe for parenting.
