Business tenancies : a guide to the new law

Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 has been amended by a Regulatory Reform Order implemented on 1 June 2004.

The reforms affect the law of business tenancies and particularly: security of tenure, termination, renewal, notices, the calculation of interim rent, and exclusion under the Act.
