William Butler Yeats (1865-1939) is an Irish poet, playwright, novelist, and essayist who wrote in English,venerated as "e;The Greatest Poet in English World in 20th century"e; by Eliot.As Yeats claimed and was widely acknowledged, the Irish literary Renaissance he started created a new (modern) national literature--Irish literature written in English.

This Collection is revised and encharged based on different collections of Yeats translated and published by the translator before, in addition to this there is also a modification of 374 poems translated and published before, Yeats' 38 early poems which were not published during his lifetime are newly translated and added,and also three poems from the comments brochure "e;on boiler"e; are included.Thus this collction with 415 translated poems of Yeats, is the biggest Chinese translation work for Yeats's poetry.
