A collectible board book series with a non-fiction twist: toddlers have mini adventures and explore key first experiences.

Whizz through the airport before opening the gatefold to reveal a plane taking off.

Follow a family as they travel through the airport, checking in, going through security, taking off, landing, and locating their luggage.

Detailed labels offer further information - perfect for parents to share with their inquisitive pre-school child.

With simple text written by Dr Mike Goldsmith and consultancy by pilot James Macauley, this is a great way to introduce children aged 2 and up to air travel.

Have you collected all of I Explore? I Explore the Airport; I Explore Digging for Dinosaurs; I Explore the Zoo; I Explore Under the Sea.

Dr Mike Goldsmith was formerly Head of Acoustics at the UK's National Physical Laboratory.

Since 1999 he has written over 40 science books for children and adults that have been published in more than 28 countries.

Mike's books have been shortlisted twice for the Royal Society Young People's Book Prize.

Mike lives in Twickenham, near London. There is lots more information about him and his work on his website. Kate Daubney lives by the sea in North Devon, England with her partner Roger and her scruffy sidekick, Taz the dog.

After graduating with a degree in illustration, she has worked on numerous children's books, using both digital and traditional media to create her colourful and quirky illustrations.

When she's not busy illustrating she loves nothing more than riding her bike or taking a walk across the local beach, where Taz the dog enjoys chasing the seagulls!
