Winter Camp

Each year as part of ritual existence, tribal groups composed mainly of warriors, women, and children along with various leaders, make a long trek up into the winter hunting grounds to spend the harsh year end months nestled within natures protective blanket.

It is a time of renewal, of teaching new crafts and learning old skills.

It is also a time of reconciliation of the spirit with natural forces.
