This pack contains a video, a photocopiable book and photocards to introduce pupils, through the eyes, words and activities of four Egyptian children, to issues such as Islamic culture, to the conflicts over space in a city, to the role gender plays in defining lifestyles, and to the impact of traffic and modes of travel in a city.

In Scotland, this pack supports the environmental studies programme 5-14 at levels B, C and D.
