Education of the Developmentally Young Course : Behavioural Teaching for Children and Adults Who Have Severe Learning Difficulties - Handbook (Revised ed)

This guide is part of a training package which also contains a trainee workbook and videos about working with either adults or children.

The package is aimed at helping those who teach children and adults with severe learning difficulties due to mental handicap in schools, day centres, residential homes, nurseries and hospitals.

The "Instructor's Handbook" contains a detailed theoretical rationale for behavioural teaching and offers guidelines for setting up and implementing the course.

Completion of the training units in the workbook entitles trainees to a certificate from the University of Manchester.
