This manual aims to help nurture the social skills of clients of all ages through building interactive abilities.

The activities are for use in therapy, social work and educational settings and aim to promote problem-solving, increase skills in identifying/verbalizing feelings, and encourage co-operative action. It aims to help clients identify how to: grow more self aware; identify personal stressors and coping strategies; increase listening skills; clarify personal values; improve memory and concentration; and gain greater impulse control.
