Prologue

I stepped out of the arrival lounge, eyes scanning the area before they settled on a pair of brown eyes staring back at me alongside a wide grin.
One moment I was standing
The next, I was in the arms of my husband.

"Seems someone actually missed me more than she let on",he chuckled.
"Oh shush. The only thing I missed was your cologne."
He snickered
"Well your arms are telling another story habibty."
I looked down to realize I was still entangled in his embrace.
"Oh shut up. You're enjoying this as much as I am."
He laughed.
"God, I missed you."
Now it was my turn to snicker.
"Who do you miss? God or me?"
He groaned while I laughed.
"You're a handful. Come on let's get you home abeg",he said as he made to get my luggage while I skipped beside him till we got to the car.
