Operation Sleeping Dragon was a Japanese plan to unleash a deadly virus on the allies, however the submarine carrying the virus was lost off the Australian coast during the last days of World War II. Its recent discovery by a crew of an oil research vessel set off alarm bells in the Australian and US intelligence agencies when they discover the submarines secret mission and it is a race against time to prevent the release of the most deadly virus created by mankind.
