The spaces in between

Dear reader. This book is the sum of my lived experience on this earth so far.

I hope it speaks to you, gets you out of your head, and into your heart.

If you're struggling I hope this book reminds you that it's okay.

That you are not alone. That we are all human. That we all love, and sometimes its the wrong people and sometimes it's the right ones. And when you feel like it wont be okay, I hope you realize that we are the spaces in between our peaks and lows so you just need to stick around long enough because a next peak is just around the corner.
