Evaluation, selection and development of subsea cutting techniques

This report presents the findings of a study, conducted by Advanced Mechanics and Engineering Ltd for the Departemnt of Energy to investigate the range of subsea cutting techniques suitable for removing offshore structures.

The report provides details of the performance, limitations and safety characteristics of suitable techniques and makes recommendations concerning the most suitable for a range of platform removal methods.
