Regional Planning Guidance for the South East

That the South East cannot be viewed in isolation from the rest of the country is emphasized in this guidance.

It develops the scope for co-ordinating land use and transport planning policies to meet environmental objectives; is concerned with protecting the quality of the environment; and continues the approach of existing regional guidance.
