Double bill of Japanese sci-fi horrors. In 'The Invisible Man Appears' (1949) a gang of criminals kidnap a scientist and use his invisibility formula to steal a priceless diamond necklace.

In 'The Invisible Man Vs the Human Fly' (1957) Chief Inspector Wakabayashi (Yoshiro Kitahara) teams up with scientist Dr Tsukioka (Ryûji Shinagawa), who has discovered the key to invisibility, to apprehend an elusive killer.
