On BB Boulevard, children are not afraid of thunderstorms. When thunderstorms roll into their community they know Judge Boom, the neighborhood bully monitor, is busy busting bullies and bad behaviors.

In House 623 lives Blayre Ordinaire. Blayre happily lives a simple and predictable life but questions why her friends live different than how she lives. With the help of Judge Boom and her friends, Blayre learns to open her mind, dismiss stereotypes, and embrace what makes her friends different. By doing so, Blayre's world broadened to include new and fulfilling experiences and she realized that although her friends may live differently, they all just want to be happy and free to be themselves.

This is the sixth and final book in the BB Boulevard series. In each book, you meet Erinn, Obie, Shamus, May-Lin, Raji, and Blayre - each of the fun-loving characters who pose their own unique shortcomings and tales of understanding. Each book is filled with vibrant illustrations depicting a community rich in diversity and adventure.
