This guide, prepared up by the Automatic Vending Association, the trade association for the UK refreshment vending industry, provides advice to the vending businesses on how to comply with Regulation (EC) no. 852/2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs. Whilst the use of the guide by businesses is voluntary, the information in it will help them to meet both their legal obligations and to ensure food safety.
