Willow Mae is a beautiful young girl learning her way in the world.
Each episode in the series sees Willow call on her magical friend Kibo, the fairy of hope, to see if she'd like to play.
As much as Kibo would like to play, she insists on telling Willow an inspiring story that has a heartfelt and moral message.

On this adventure, Kibo explains to Willow how telling lies can have detrimental results and negatively affect those around you and those you love. Kibo tells a story of a mischievous troll who tricks all the other town trolls into believing giants are coming to their town. One day, giants really do arrive, and the mischievous troll learns a lesson.

The narrative is based on the familiar story of The Boy Who Cried, Wolf.
