This work describes the molecular interactions which occur in the autoimmune disease, Myasthenia gravis, and its experimental model, experimental Myasthenia gravis.

It summarizes current knowledge of the structure of the target autoantigens of these diseases and the domains recognized by antibodies and T-helper cell.
