Earth's Air

See all formats and editions

Earth has a life-supporting air layer which is unique among the planets of our solar system. Appreciating this awesome world is aided by a look into its workings.

What is air, of what is it made, who and what uses air, how does it support life? These are among the basic questions asked. Further exploration is encouraged.

What enters the air that is not life supporting is addressed through a story. Two children gain knowledge about the air after poor air quality interferes with their plans.
