Progress In Learning Book 2 is the second in a series of reading workbooks, designed to provide students with a simple yet effective way to improve their literacy skills. Based on the Orton-Gillingham approach to reading, the series is:

* Phonics based

* Sequential
* Cumulative
* Multi-sensory.

Students learn to decode carefully graded word lists and read these accurately within the context of a sentence.
